This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!

Picture yourself on a train in a station, With plasticine porters with looking glass ties. Suddenly someone is there at the turnstile, The girl with kaleidoscope eyes.
watched episode 1 yesterday just to see what josei is like lawl
characters are kind of average so far (down-to-earth protagonist, DREAMY GUY that the protagonist will inevitably fall for, token gay guy who is also a hair stylist, weird eccentric girl, complete asshole) but it was still fun to watch thanks to the art and the way everything was presented
and the ED is definitely my favorite ever, instantly thought "goddamn I NEED to make this my avatar"
never ask me about animators unless you want a tl;dr wall of text and useless trivia
Osamu Kobayashi, Paradise Kiss' director and the guy responsible for its overall animation style, did Gurren Lagann episode 4 (and was, unfairly I think, shat on for it a lot )
even though that wasn't some of his best animation and the first half was really choppy, people only ever complained about the quality of the artwork. which I thought was fine, just intentionally ugly and surreal which is okay since every Gainax key animator always had their own unique way of drawing Gurren's characters (there's a picture comparing how every animator drew Simon in episode 27 and they're all radically different and vary depending on the mood of the scene, often he goes from "pretty bishonen" to "psychotic badass" over the course of five minutes); it just so happens that kobayashi's style of choice was intentionally not a very pretty one.
Paradise Kiss' (awesome) Franz Ferdinand ED was done by Hiroyuki Imaishi, the guy who directed a whole bunch of stuff like Gurren Lagann, Dead Leaves, Petite Princess Yucie episode 7, RE: Cutie Honey episode 1, FLCL episode 5 and is responsible for their cartoony & almost Looney Tunes-esque animation & art. the basic style was originally created by Yoshinori Kanada, who passed away recently
